The LIFT Beginner Album contains three beginner-level interval tracks for you to workout to.
The exercises recommended for these tracks are described in detail on the album, and are also available in PDF format via the link below.

The LIFT Intermediate Album contains three intermediate-level interval tracks for you to workout to.
The intervals are more intense, and the exercises are too.
For folks interested, Track 3 on this album is a Tabata Interval. 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, for seven rounds.
