Thank you for making the strength training workouts everyday for our team. I’ve learned a plethora of new exercises and improved my workout technique greatly since you joined us. I had never heard of Central Nervous System fatigue or recovery before, or understood the importance of stretching. I’m excited to continue the exercises I’ve learned this spring!

Thank you for helping our team to improve and grow stronger over the last 4 months of the off-season. You’ve taught us all so much about working out and strength training. Also, you’ve taught me a ton about stretching and becoming more flexible. At the upcoming tournament I’ll do much better because of all of this hard work.
